I'm Bruno Sonnino. I have two kids and a lovely wife, Ana, who has married both me and my computer.
I develop software since 1983, using Basic, Cobol, Fortran, Pascal, Clipper, C, C++ and now Delphi is my new passion. I was enchanted by its power and ease of development.
Besides this, Delphi is very fast: I've ported my C++ for Windows programs (using Borland C++ 3.1) and the Delphi programs are faster than the C++ programs. Recompiling takes a fraction of the time of C++ programs. This is wonderful for optimizing code !
And, of course, its VCL and open environment are great!
Now I'm developing Medical Equipment software. I've developed an Electroencephalography (EEG) Ambulatorial Monitoring System, an Electrocardiography (ECG) Ambulatorial Monitoring System (Holter) and I'm still developing a Polysomnography Monitoring System.
